Initial PT Evaluation

$200

This includes a detailed injury history and lifestyle factors. We assess strength, movement, and mobility and then provide an individualized treatment plan. We often discuss topics including cadence, footwear, common training errors, hormones/menstrual cycle, iron and ferritin levels, stress, sleep, energy availability, and running related myths. Morgan will help provide you with tools to learn how to independently manage your symptoms.

Follow Up PT Sessions

$150

Follow up sessions will include updated exercise prescription and reassessment as needed. The number of follow up sessions varies based on each individual.

Run Coaching

Varies based on package ($250-$500/month)

Morgan most often works with beginner runners, those returning to running after an injury, and those who are looking to complete their first marathon or half marathon. These individuals are provided with a specialized plan based on current level of fitness and goals. Most clients have a goal race in mind, but Morgan also works with those who want to train consistently while minimizing the risk of a running related injury.

RunMo Consultations

$75 (30 min session)

Pick Morgan’s brain about anything running related! This is most commonly used for those who already are following a training plan but have questions about progressing/regressing, especially when an injury/pain arises.

Run Mo Miles Program

$135/month

Many PT clients transition to this program as their pain reduces and the focus becomes on improving running performance and reducing risk of injury. No specific running plan is included in this program.
